TROOP 79 COMMITTEE MEETING

September 26, 2006

Meeting Reminder

--Scout meetings are the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 7:00PM. The next meeting is October 3rd.

--Troop Committee meeting is 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:00PM. All parents and Scout leaders (SPL & PLs) are encouraged and welcome to attend. The next meeting is October 24th.

 Wreath Sales

Folders were handed out with sale information. If you did not receive one please pick one up from U-Serve, Dick Bickert has extras there for Scouts to pick up. Scouts will receive a percentage of their sales, this will be deposited in their account to be used for Scout activities, e.g., summer camp, trips, etc. Please turn in folders to Bobbie Barnhardt by October 12tth. Reminder, collect money up front.

 Court of Honor

We are planning a Court of Honor for October 24th to recognize Scouts that have earned merit badges and met requirements for rank advancements.

 Fall Campout

Scouts are interested in a 2 day fall campout at Cross Ranch. We are looking at the weekend of Teacher's Convention which is October 18-21. Please let Laurie or I know if you are interested in attending. We need 2 adults to attend, please let us know if you are willing to volunteer time. We need your help.
