* The Grant County Commissioners will meet Wednesday, April 22, at the Courthouse in Carson.

*The Elgin Dakota Lions will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, in the Council Room.

*The Elgin Senior Meals Program will hold their monthly birthday party following the 11:30 a.m. meal on Friday, April 24, at Our Place Café. JoAnn VandenBurg and friends will  be entertaining.

*The Grant County High School Prom will be held Saturday, April 25. Pictures will be begin at 4:30 p.m. with the Grand March scheduled for 7:00 p.m. and the dance to begin at 8:00 p.m.

*The Carson Food Pantry will hold a distribution on Saturday, April 25, from 9:00-10:30 a.m.

*A Singspiration will be held at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in New Leipzig on Sunday, April 26, at 7:00 p.m. with special guests, The Borderline Singers.

*There will be no noon meal for the New Leipzig Senior Meals Program on Tuesday, April 28. Instead, an evening meal will be served at 6:00 p.m. at the Gottlieb Weller Community Center with Special guests, Jo Ryherd and Janice Vetter accompanied by Evie Eisenbarth.

* All business men and women are invited to Grant County High School on Wednesday, April 29, at 7:30 a.m. for the annual business breakfast.
