horses perform better, eat better, and have shiner coats. Naked
oats require less storage space because they are fed at a reduced rate compared to
conventional oats. A fair comparison is 2/3 of the conventional oats feeding rate.
Naked oats do not have to be processed before feeding, thus reducing
the cost of feed.
