College students are responsible to submit to the board documentary evidence of academic standing at the close of each school year. The student should have the institution send an official copy of their transcript to the secretary of the Ministerial Development Board. College students are reminded that “degree requirements” may differ from “course of study requirements”. The transcripts of a student's work at graduation will be evaluated by the Dakota Ministerial Development Board. No requirements stated in the Manual will be waived.
Each candidate is required to complete a minimum of two courses of study annually. It is the responsibility of the candidate to report the course work completed to the secretary of the Dakota Ministerial Development Board before the annual interview for the District license or by December 31. Work thereafter will be applied to the following year, unless permission is granted by the Ministerial Development Board and District Superintendent.
