• Application for Local Minister - For a local license, the candidate will fill out this form and submit it to the
  local church board and pastor.


• Application for District Minister - For a district license, the candidate must fill out the form with appropriate
  signatures and submit to the Ministerial Development Director.


• Application for Ordination/Recognition - Application for Ordination/Recognition, the candidate must fill out
  this form with appropriate signatures and submit to the District Secretary


• Local church recommendation letter for district license - This is an annual requirement for the local church
  to endorse all ministers in training in the local church.


• Handbook for Christian Ministries This Handbook is designed to guide you through the journey of preparing
  for ministry.


• Interview Guidelines for the Local Church - This is a questionnaire guide for the interview by the
  local church board members with the candidate. It has a check off and answer portion.


• Procedures for Issuing a Local Minister's License - This procedural guide outlines the steps as outlined in the
  Manual of the Church of the Nazarene for the issuance of a Local Pastors License.


• Sourcebook on Ordination - The Sourcebook on Ordination USA describes the minimum educational requirements
  for ordination in the USA, establishes criteria and procedures for creating and validating educational preparation
  for ordination, and describes the roles and responsibilities of church entities in the licensing and ordination
  of ministers.

After that date, all documentation will be applied to the new fiscal year.
